Bought this product to protect my new cell phone. When I went to file a claim, had to send pics and eamil about the broken cell phone screen, Recipt for repair that I paid for and requesting my max coverage of $200.00, May 16, 2022. It is now November 8, 2022 and I have yet to recieve my amount due.

I have called and sent emails without satifactory results. The company claims that the chack was mailed to me in july. It never appeared. They claim that they are looking into it each time I call or email- but no results.

Reviews place by other claiments report similare results of calims. I think this company is a terrible reflection on California. Please let me know if there are any results or actions that I may take.
