I paid £1998.00 by debit card in June 2023 and the company has gone into liquidation so I can not get the qualification I have paid for.
I have already raised a complaint with you and you told me I couldn’t open a claim. Lots of students have been successful with their claims though and received their money back.
The ombudsman has asked me to send an official letter to you and receive your response and they will then pursue this further for me because they say I am entitled to my money back. They went into liquidation on January 6th 2026.
