Innovate Services review: How to get my passport application refund which I paid twice

The website I was directed to is not useful at all. I have tried for three days and the application on how to get refund is not showing up at all. Looks like it's a scam.

I paid for my application to renew my passport twice in the amount of $162.00 and $192.00 for same application and I was told to get my first refund of $162.00 by logging into their website but the website is not directing to where I can access the application for refund.

The first payment of $162.00 was paid on line on the 20/3/2023. A date was given to come for my fingerprint only to get there and was directed to innovate services to pay for another application because of my name arrangement of which I paid another application fee of $192.00 on the 13/4/2023. I was told that the first payment of $162.00 will be refunded by logging on to their website to get the refund. For the past three days I have been finding it difficult to be directed to the application refund site. The site is directing me to a scam site. Please help me get my refund or let me know how to access the application for refund site as I am frustrated.
