Inland Empire Great Danes review: service

I went to see a dog and ended up putting a $500.00 deposit ($300.00 min.). Unfortunately that same night when I got home there were issues with keeping that dog since it had to be inside the house, I texted Mike Macias letting him know to cancel and to let me know about the process. He did not text me back and I contacted him again in the morning. He sated that he was sick and could not get back to me. I told him again that I would not be able to take that dog and not to hold it, because I wanted it to have the opportunity to find another home. He would take a long time in getting back to me. I asked him about the deposit, I know I would not get all of it back but he refused to give any back to me saying that the dog missed other opportunity to find a home. I believe that it was not true since I was the last person at his home in the PM and I texted about an hour and a half later from 9-10 PM. And then again in the morning about the cancellation. To bad I lost out on $500.00 but I would think that some of these breeders would have some concentration if some people do change there mind and let them know right away. I do believe that he did take his time in getting back to me so that he could have the excuse in refusing some if not all the deposit. I also wanted to report this to the BBB for further investigation but his business is not registered.
