You will waste $270 if you purchase their 5-year plan or any plan in general. I bought service for 3 devices in September 2023 which worked initially for 1 month then after I started receiving service expiry messages. Reached out to them to find out and since then no service or refund. They stopped responding to me on chat or call on whatsapp. Customer representative named Priya Rathor is not real person's name and try to talk sweet while selling service. Service quality was good during trial period for 2 days, even for first month until it worked. When I asked why did they add credits for only 1 month instead 5 years, they were making excuses about someone might have forgot or added to other account and it needs to be transferred to your account etc. They also never enabled/added service on 2 devices after 1st month of service which kind of trial it seems to me. This definitely is a red flag in terms of whether they will be in business even after 1 year. I do not mind if they charge 1 month of service charge and refund at this point.
I would like help, how can I get my money back if there's a way?
Claimed loss: 5 years of service for 3 devices and $810 amount
Desired outcome: I would like full REFUND for all 3 connections.
I have been using the service and it’s been great so far except couple of times I had to get past expiry error and whenever that happens I contact Priya and she resolves it within few hours, she is the fastest service representative ever. She is very professional and on top of things.
I am using this service from last 1 years, didn’t face any issue.
