My wife and I were married in Sept 2022. We received a couple of these gift cards. All except one worked. It was declined when we attempted to use it. The card was worth $100. We contacted Incomm using the number on the card. They said we had to wait 45-90 days for a resolution. It's been 4+ months and nothing. We called them today and they said unless we have a receipt for the gift card, they can't do anything. Who gives receipts with prepaid gift cards? How are we supposed to track down who gave it us since we received a few of them? How are we supposed to accuse a guest that they gave us a used give card? This is ridiculous! Bad customer service with no resolution!
