Do not lease any properties from IMPERIAL INTERESTS LTD. This so called leasing company leases a bunch of damaged properties and refuses to fix anything in the homes- even after Hurricane Ike this man refused to fix our house. We had the worst house on the block with patched roof and missing shutters- no fence- the inside was worse from the beggining dirty disgusting carpet and paint- missing rails on the banister- just a poorly maintained house. This man is super cheap and a total slumlord who only cares about money and not the best interest of his tenants. He is rude and vindictive and then stole our security deposit. He is cheap and refused to repair anything in that old messed up house, he half assed it the whole two years we lived there. After hurricane ike our carpet was damaged from the water and we had concrete for FOUR months! He refused to fix the floor giving us excuses and bull- when he did get the floor tiled after four months he got the cheapest $300 could buy. And it was the worst job ever- we decided to move- then he didn't give us our deposit back and we know he is certainly not going to use it for anything but himself cause he does not ever fix anything in his properties. This man should not be in business/ he lures in tenants with no credit checks or job checks- he simply rents to anyone but then his lease is not the TEXAS lease it is hand written and shotty- if you are in need of a home and think it is too good to be true that you can get a house with no issues it is probably from this company- IMPERIAL INTERESTS LTD. ran by George Weiss. RUN FAR away when you see this name! This man is a slumlord and has a reputation for it. Please do not fall victim to his scam!!!

    IMPERIAL INTERESTS IS A LIAR AND A THIEF! HE IS A FRAUD HE OWNS MANY PROPERTIES NONE ARE IN GOOD OR EVEN AVERAGE CONDITION. ALL HIS PROPERTIES ARE THE LOWEST APPRAISED IN THE NEHIBORHOOD BECAUSE HE DOESNT MAINTAIN THEM BECAUSE HE IS ACUALLY USING HIS TENTANTS TO KEEP HIS PROPERTY FROM COMPLETELY FALLING APART BEFORE HE RESELLS TO ANTHOR INVESTOR. THERE IS NOT A TRUE STATEMENT THAT COMES FROM HIS MOUTH, STATEMNTS, ADVERTISEMENTS, OR ANYTHING ELSE!!!

    IT IS EASY TO WRITE FALSE AND INSULTING COMMENTS AFTER YOU HAVE NOT PAID THE RENT FOR MONTHS, LIKE THIS COUPLE DID.
    THEY PAID WITH NSF CHECKS.
    THEY BREACHED THE LEASE, WHICH IS WRITTEN IN PLAIN LANGUAGE, WITHOUT THE USUAL LEGALESSE.
    THEY VACATED PREMATURILY, OWING RENT.
    IF ANYONE STOLE ANYTHING, THESE PEOPLE STOLE THE RENT.
    BY THE WAY, THE HOUSE THEY LEASED IS IN THE BEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN PASADENA.
