Imperia Caviar is a dishonest company.
I am disappointment with the product I bought. The salesman David Wernick lied and said it was "Russian" and "from the Caspian Sea".
Given that I know quite a bit about caviar, I asked him what country was the CITES label from - that's a label which is strictly monitored to show the origin of the caviar - it was CHINA. Who can forget the fake milk scandal...but somehow Imperia wants to guarantee you quality + safety from a country renowned for shady food.
What's worse is that Solomon Sony Mordechai runs this scam under a few different companies - Petrusco Caviar, Om Caviar, Caviar House. As you can see, he picks names of caviar brands that are famous so he can milk off their reputations - Petrossian Caviar, Caviar House and Prunier.

All our caviar species originate from the Amur River and the Caspian Sea. Our farms are located in Europe, Asia and South America. If you prefer to avoid a certain region you can make a note and our team will take care of it.
Please note that Asia is the largest producer of high end sturgeon caviar in the world. Our Kaluga Hybrid Reserve for example is a crossbreed of Japanese sturgeon and River Beluga that originates in the Amur River. It’s not by chance that this type of caviar retails for up to $16 per gram in established USA retailers. Our company believes that high end caviar is delicacy and a superfood that deserves to be enjoyed by more people. Similar to high end wine we have developed a number of different products and brands to better serve our client needs.
