I arranged for them to provide cleaning at my house. The agreement was for 3 hours for $270. The text back and forth from them said it would be $270.00 and they would send 2 girls. They would appear at 9 am. I agreed to this.

At 10:00 am on Saturday morning I get an email from their supervisor saying the girls (in my home cleaning) would not be done by 10:30 and I could have them stay 2 more hours which would increase to $540. This was outrageous.

I then learned this was BAIT and SWITCH. They then said it was only 1 1/2 hours because it was 2 girls. I was NEVER informed of that and would NEVER have agreed. I only had my floors vacuumed, 2 bathrooms cleaned, 1 bed stripped, and the kitchen counters cleaned for $270 by 2 girls in 1 1/2 hours.

The GRIFT was i was not told and they tried to increase to $540 and did not even nearly complete the job on a 1500 sq foot condo.
