Illegal banned, no chance to get money back or delete personal information

I just created my profile, verified my phone and email, uploaded my several pictures, provided all information, provided credit card information, paid for 3 months of subscription and just started to receive emails ... but on next day I was banned for no reason and was not able to login to my account. It says that I got blocked by match.com. I emailed to customer service and asked them to explain why I just banned and blocked? I just created account and paid for 3 months? I didn't receive any answer from them. They don't have customer's service to resolve problems. They only have automated AI responds. I Lost my money and didn't have any chance to remove my personal information, my pictures and my credit card information from this website Match.com. So terrible! They are almost like mafia collecting money and personal information and throwing you out without any chance to understand what even happened or any chance to get your money back or to remove all your personal information including credit card information and pictures . So disgusting, unprofessional and scaring!
