IDT Energy charged me more money than they had to. They wanted to scam me and they hoped that I will not discover this scam. But I did! I will go to court and they will pay me back all the money I spent on their services and much more!
when you sign up for IDT you are required to agree to the fact that the rates can be higher with no guarantee of savings month to month. so legally they can charge more than your utility company wouldve because you did agree to it. word of advice: know the terms and conditions of a company before signing up for something, despite what any sales rep says. remember - a sales rep is doing a sales pitch and that is exactly what it is.
