Our aircon was installed less than a month but when we tried using it for the first time the ceiling aircon was like dripping or looks like already a typhoon rainfall .
The problem is I'm asking for service and they knew that there was already a crack on the aircon during service but they didn't do anything they are just going to repair the crack part which looks like a varicose veins so huge crack and even placed a packing tape ! How come we never used the ceiling aircon but there was all crack .
the staff of idec including the owner are very hard to talk .

Its year 2017 and I agree more than ever. They have a very poor and rude customer service. When buying an aircon next time, Include how their customer service rating and check also the price of repair. My 1.5hp split type automatic shutdown needs to replace a new small chip board costing P6, 600+ 800 LbC (P250 Is the actual lbc cost, and they would say thats P800 its there minimum charge).

the aircon has been already replaced by the supplier with a brand new unit.
