In December 2021 I chose to purchase a VIP membership along with filler and Botox At the Little Rock location of Ideal Images. I didn’t get my Botox done prior to my Christmas party that I was attending but the filler I would have to wait until January and whenever I showed for my appointment they advised me that the nurse was not there and had been out for surgery. Since my Botox had not taken completely the very nice girl who performed that service took me back and did a touchup between my eyes which I paid for of course and I’m still not seen the results from that. I’m her defense, I have an extremely strong muscle there & have had others who have issues injecting it as well. My filler was rescheduled for sometime in February & this time it was me who did have to cancel 72 hours in a Vance because I took a Covid test and did not want to risk getting my injector sick. At that time I would told that they did not have the next month‘s schedule and the month that we were in was completely booked. I was told I be put on a waiting list & just called for the third time to see if anything had come open & I still they do not have an opening for the entire month and next months calendar they aren’t able to have appointments on. It is now mid-March & I am very frustrated. Along with that I went for my touch up on my Botox to show up only to discover the nurse went home early, so they rescheduled me for the following day. I travel for work and had to make an added stop on my flight to get in to be able to make my appointment. On my way to the appointment from the airport I just called to let them know that I was headed their way and that is whenever I was told my appointment was canceled, but I was never informed of the fact. I also was charged two different times for the VIP membership and have yet to get that money back. I feel like there is a problem with Ideal Images because you cannot ever reach the facility that you are a patient & Main call center could care less, they say they have got you on the top of the waiting list & in fact you’re nowhere on it when you check. It is very rare that I leave a complaint for any company because I understand being a business owner myself That unfortunately things happen that I always make it up to my clients rather than make them feel as if they don’t matter once I’ve gotten their money. I happily gave them a substantial amount of money and all I wanted was my services done yet here I am 3 1/2 months later still waiting to get my original filler and was told that it will be another month yet I can’t schedule that appointment because the schedule is not open yet? I don’t understand if they have too many clients and need to stop advertising so much or if they just have certain people that they get in in ones that they don’t, but I feel very tricked by there whole VIP membership & frankly have been made to feel as if I am exactly the opposite. Two times now I have shown up for appointments to be told For whatever reason my appointment has been canceled and no one let me know. The third time I even paid extra for a flight to get me here to pull up in the parking lot and find out that they had also canceled my appointment once again because I did not respond to a email while I was on a flight & had no phone service, so when I got off & did reply it was past the 5 minute expiration limit & my code didn’t work. That is whenever I called to see what the problem was and was informed as I havepulled into the parking lot that my appointment with once again canceled with no notice. I have scheduled another appointment for tomorrow for Botox only of course and they see no time in the future for me to get my filler so I am foolishly going to make another attempt at getting my services that I paid for done. Wish me luck…

Desired outcome: I would simply like to have an appointment and if God for bid the person is sick or has to go home someone let me know otherwise I go to my appointment, and I had get my services done.
