Id Chief Legit? review: Not a complaint just question! 504

Can you get introuble for ordering these? i thought novelty ids are legal. but i dont understand how lucas rowe from temple university got introuble which was all over the news? google it, does anyone know why ? I was about to order Ids just want to make sure it will still be safe to order them

@sweetheart5 Of course you can get in trouble for having them, but for ordering you cannot. Unless they get stuck at US customs and they use only your real name to track you down (which will never happen). For simply ordering them, you cannot get in trouble but using them and getting caught you will get arrested or youll run away etc..

Then why did those 2 college students get introuble? it says they got intercepted by customs and thats how they got caught. I was going to send my IDs to my boyfriends house. So hopefully it works out! Also how does he have you pay for them?

They probably put their full address or maybe Customs decided to go after them just to make a statement. And yes, i sent them to my friends house and you pay either by western union or a moneygram i think. I did western union, however it is much cheaper if you have 2 other people do it with you because the price drops significantly.

Has anyone had a problem with there picture on their id looking to dark or too bright?

This question might be dumb but it says height feet and height inches do you put height feet as 5'7" or do you put a 5 and then 7 in inches column, or do you put 67 inches?

Its actually not risky in terms of the law unless you use the ids. Its risky if you dont use idchief becasue there are so many scams out there that will just take your money. Plain and simple; use idchief.

@sweetheart Lets say if you are 5 feet 11 inches tall. You would put 5 in the height (feet) box and 11 in the height (inches) box.

ever any issue with him not sending out a tracking number in the time frame he specified?

when you send a moneyorder do you have to put your information to send it? or do you just put idchiefs information? and a confirmation number? does he give you a confirmation number?

you have to give both of your information. no confirmation # but chief asks for the WTCN number from the moneyorder to prove that it was you who sent the money

is there anyway you can get introuble from sending the money order using your name because you have to show ID?

I am so confused on how to send the moneygram it says recieve options i have no idea how to fill it out? and how to pay? do you have to do a wire transfer?

has anybody received orders lately? my friends freaking out she did an order of six almost two weeks ago and she said the tracking says the package hasn't left china yet

I ordered one about 10 days ago. They were really sketchy about it and didnt give me any shipping info. I was thinking i got scammed but today my id's came in neckless box. They look great and am very happy with them. Just be patient

Watch out! Scam alert. This company is taking peoples money without deliving product. I got a messge stating person is too old try to get your money back. Stop buying from them it is a Scam..

Scam! they are taking the money and running.. Sending messages that you are to old to get a card. Try to get your money back. Shut them down. Feds will have to shut them down.

The only legit sites are idchief.com, idchick.com, and i think fake21.com . I've had friends order from both chief and chick, have some going in with fake21 when school rolls around

@kourtneyy If you order 10+ it is $75 dollars per person, each receiving 2 IDs as always.
I ordered mine a little over a week ago and it all came as promised. It comes in this little jewelry box and even has a bracelet inside lol. You have to rip the bottom open to find a little envelope containing your IDs. I ordered the Wisconsin ID and I compared it with a friends who is 21+ and it looked damn near identical. All holograms and UV black light looks and works perfect. To say the least I am happy with my decision to order from these guys!

is it better to send the money through western union or moneygram? any ideas?

quick question though which states are the best ones? From this forum I see PA is good but I'm trying to steer away from PA since everyone has them. Which other states are good?

I want to make sure that you keep his shipping methods quiet. The internet is a public realm and you bet your bottom dollar that Customs and Boarder Protection and Homeland Security wants to get all the information they can on "him". Since idchief is located in China, it would be advised to check this website http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp assuming your package was sent via EMS. Keep in mind that China is 12-14 hours ahead of your local time, and it may be updated on Sunday considering it is Monday there.

whats the despatch sorting place

It is better to buy an Id now during summer or should I wait till school starts? I want to avoid customs but i dont know which time I should pick to buy one. If I order one now then it will be easier to single out a package from china but if i order it when school starts a bunch of people will be ordering too and customs would be on a serious lookout. any ideas?

In this tread, it has been quite debating if idcheif is legit. THIS IS A CONCLUSION.
I have ordered ids from them almost 3 weeks ago. Before I ordered, I had sent several questions, asking if there is a chance to be caught in the borders and they could make two ids with different birthdays.
They answered my questions almost instantly. They also added I will have tracking no. once they send ids.

I sent questions again if they sent my ids after two weeks, since they said it will take 5-10 business days.
They never responded to my questions. Now I am sure they are FAKE. Don't order IDs with them.
TO calvint, are you sure if you have a real track number from them after only 6 days?

Well, I got my Wisconsin ones today and they are a tad bit disappointing. Will I see if they work, yes, but maybe not within wisconsin. I don't know if one is better than another, but maybe steer away from Wisconsin unless you're out of state. Oh, and by getting mine today I would validate that ID chief is legit.
