1) first see the sender's e-mail ID. Whether it is belong to the organization or not, such as recruitment@organization_name.com, career@organization_name.com, recruitment@organization_name.co.in, career@organization_name.co.in, etc.
2) take a print out of the mail or see the print preview in which at the bottom of the page you will get the message as "Sent via the KillerWebMail system at shabakah.net.sa".
