On Tuesday morning, 16th January 2024, drop off my car at Hyundai Sprinfield becuase it had an Oil Leak, and asked them to please give me a Courtesy Car if i'm required to leave it behind, on the same in the afternoon, I was told that they still need to finalize tests and i'm not getting my car. Kevin Pillay told me he doesn't have a Courtesy Car to give, after explaining that i need the car to go work, drof-off and fetch the kids from school, he only arrange one of his staff members to give me a lift back home.
I called and send an email to Mark Torrance, spoken to his PA Nicoleen on Wednesday and Thursday, till today no reply and update about me getting a courtesy car. This is a manufacturing fault, I understand that they are sorting it out but, how am i supposed to travel? On Wednesday, 17th January 2024 Schools opened, from that day i have been travelling with Public Transport with my kids, because Kevin Pillay told me that there was no Courtesy Car to give me.
This is the Second Time Hyundia Springfield rendering a poor serve, even in 2022 I was with no car for 10 days, because they made an excuse that since there is COVID-19, they are unable to give me a Courtesy Car
