HVAC, American Home Shield review: Complaint

On may 2021 of last year, we had a compressor go out on my hvac unit, called american home shield for a tech to come out, the unit ran r22 they seen that the compressor was bad and replaced it, but stated that the unit needed to be replaced, instead they put a refurbished compressor and changed the unit from r 22 to 407c, didnt flush unit, left wires hanging etc... Now may of this year 2022 1 year later hvac stopped working again, called ahs and a tech came out, stated that the compressor was burned up and that the unit needed replaced that he has never seen a botched job like this, both times ahs has refused to replace unit, I have had to pay1086.50 for refrigerant the 1st time plus the fee for the tech to come out, and this second time I was quoted 220.00 turned out to be 450.00, and the unit is not fully charged, and this tech stated to me and my husband that this will happen again. The unit needs to be replaced, it should have never been changed to 407c... They should have used 410a... I have notes, times dates that I have talked with ahs corp and they still will not fix. They will not fix my unit and the tech that was out here that they got ruined the unit, I have more info on the issue just way to much to put on here, but I want to file a complaint with the bbb on this, cause I seem not the only person having this issue with them. When I say that they stated the unit needs to be replaced this is from 2 different techs that ahs had come out, and was stated to them I also have the tech notes on this as well.
