Huddle House review: Management

While dining at your new store, the Gm of Russellville Al (Ashley Cummings) just cussed out her whole entire staff outside n could be heard inside of building. This is unprofessional n when the staff came bk in they was crying. I have also heard she comes in drunk to work. I will not be dining there again. Not until new management is hired. The store has only been opened for a month n already I've heard so many complaints. I have spoken to many that work there n they tell me things like hardly no training of staff, drinking on the job, poor management skills n mistreating of staff. You would think with it being a new store someone would make sure things were going ok there. As soon as the training staff left its been total chaos. Management doesn't know how to order supplies n even sanitizer for the dish pit has been out for almost a week. Gross.. please I beg you help this store stay in Russellville. We has a small city love having Huddle House here n would hate for it to be shut down before it even gets started. The staff in itself is very friendly btw but the management is a disgrace. As a mother of teenagers there would be a problem with a manager cussing my child they way that manager did today! I hope this gets to the appropriate person. Its uncalled for.
