HR review: Shweta Mohanty is Worst HR at Exilant

I had most horrible HR interview from Head HR lady name called Shweta Mohanty

She took my HR interview (through telephone) while she is driving her car? She has no patience or listing capability while taking the interview, in between she put me on hold 4 times due to her personal calls, recruiter has schedule the telecon interview well in advance but she has no significance for the interview, and she changed the schedules 3 times, however key thing is she started asking my personal life questions which is unprofessional and rude, I don’t think any IT firms today will ask these kind of questions, however this is the worst interview I ever had and I decline the offer of Exilant Technologies, I don’t think any Techies will join this company if you treated like this…
