Hqw of az LLC review: Plumbing and water softener repair 1

On 1/23/17, under our manufacture home, it was water flooded. Pictures taken. It was noted that it was from a water softner pipe laying loose on ground. Pipe was pulled out so water could flow out on ground in yard. This company was called and they supposedly came out to fix. Well, it was fixed, leaked, fixed, etc. After several trips, the company convinced us that we needed a pressure regulator. $150.00 We had them fix it on 2/3/17. The plumber threw the pipe under house again and said it wouldn't leak. again. The plumber that put on the pressure regulator refused to crawl underneath house to connect pipe to sewer line. Again, various phone calls later, a man came out and went under and stated he fixed the pipe to the sewer. Then on 2/26/17, our third bath flooded and all tubs/showers were backing up. Our regular service people, Isley's, came out and unplugged the sewer line. $250.00 Well, on 3/1/17 all back ups happened again. This time, Isley's bought a camera. Lo and behold there was 6" of the water softner pipe stuffed in the sewer line causing the backup. Isley's went under and pulled line, cut off the excess and temporarily attached the line to the sewer pipe. Another $250.00

HQW needs to come and fix the line to code. They also need to pay us $500.00 for the repair since the damaged was caused by their neglect.

And to top it off, the water is still running from the water softner continually. So they never fixed it and we obviously didn't nee the pressure regulator. Because if the pressure regulator was needed, the water softner would not be running continuous water and raising our water bill. So, we now turned off the water softner.

tried to phone the company and left a message as to what happened, they need to fix it to code and repair the water softner correctly. I have not heard a thing from them.
