One of the best ways to save more time is to apply bulk organization to your chores and other day to day tasks. An example of bulk organization which people tend to highly prefer is assigning a specific day to do all of the house chores, let’s say Sunday. You will also have to plan your outfits for the rest of the week. You can also lunch prep as it can also save you a lot more time during the weekdays. By doing this you will be able to spend the time saved on more enjoyable activities or undertake activities that are more productive towards your future.

Fabulous tips Nischa! Separating feelings from actions is definitely this perimenopausal woman’s mission For those who have young children, I was a single mum to three children under 4 years old. My survival tips- cook bulk meals and freeze portions, 10min speed clean every evening, get up early and exercise using free videos and most importantly kids in bed by 7pm children need sleep, you need rest and down time too. Hope this helps someone

Great advice...however if you do have children, it will have a massive impact on your time/day. Me personally, I don't want to be spending hours prepping for the week ahead on my weekend when I have my most free time to do fun stuff with the kids or for myself.
I believe there is a balance to be had. Moderation is key.
