Hotel Paradise review: Complaint

We came August 17th in the evening. We had no check-in information before but did manage with some help from neighbours.

It was not even one piece of toilet paper in the apartment, tv didn’t work, shower head didn’t hang up, shower cabin could’n be closed and water was flowing in the bathroom from upper apartment.

When I tried to call the host she informed me that she didn’t talk english and just hanged up the phone.

When I called her after many calls I did kindly ask her not to hang up and she did send someone with toilet paper and batteries for the remote control.

The host informed that if guests would have clean towels or sheets you should call the night before but she didn’t answer calls.

Including descriptions all apartment have living room but this apartment didn’t have that.

Two plastic wine glasses, so used that you could hardly see what liquied it kept.

I would gladly have payed for upgrade if the host had answered my calls.

To stay 18 night in this apartment was not very pleasant. My opinion is that this accommodation is not expectable.
