Hotel Express International review: deducting from credit card without authorization 1

I purchased a membership from hotel Express in aug 2019. They have since been pestering me to purchase an upgrade, which I refused. They have now deducted an a amount from my credit card without authorization, they are obviously holding all previous information on their system to fraudulently steal money from peoples accounts, because I did not supply them any details, besides in the first transaction.
