Hostinger review: Domain charge

I was charged an occurring fee when I has cancelled my account with Hostinger a year ago. I tried to contact someone at Hostinger to get my money back but all I got was the AI assistance and the runaround. AI said I could not be connected to an actual person unless I login to my old account, so I tried that way and was supposed to get a three digit code that I never recieved! So I messaged the AI again telling them the issue but again was given the runaround once more. Hostinger is a joke when it comes to customer service. Buyer beware I highly don't recommend them for any services!
