Hope Health Supply Store review: I would like the charge removed from my credit card.

Ordered KN95 Masks for $29.99 plus $4.99 shipping on January 10 and have not received my order from www. hopehealthsupply.com (one month from today) Numerous emails to the company to ship the merchandise or cancel my order and I have not received any correspondence back. However, they immediately charged my credit card at the time I placed the order. I am certain this is a bogus website and fraudulent. Their facebook page has many complaints similar to mine where customers have not received their order and were charged on their credit card. I am contacting my credit card company and hoping they will remove this charge. I think BBB needs to look into this company and find out if they are for real and what the hold up it. Thank you.
