Hope Health Supplies review: Kn95 masks poor customer service, slow shipping and poor-quality control

I ordered KN95 Masks and Surgical masks. Quick Shipping was advertised, but the shipment took months, and I would not receive responses when I e-mailed their customer service department. Now as we are using the KN95 masks we have found, so far, one mask that has a single strap - nothing to secure the mask to both ears - just one. The company claimed to be located in the US. Not true. Our government needs to regulate foreign vendors. They should be required to let consumers know who and where they are buying their products from.

I would never do business with them again.
