On the 09/01/2023 I placed an order for the Akella 3piece double assorted blanket and I paid cash. On the 18th of January, I received a message saying that my parcel will be delivered by the DPD laser within 24 hours. The following day when I checked how far is my order it said delivered but I didn't receive it. Called courier company hang out the phone and they were rude called Homechoice they were rude too
Desired outcome: Would like homechoice to refund me or replace my order
