Home Warranty Service review: I want the stove fixed as was agreed upon and I paid the money for it to be fixed.

Cinch Home Services Plan - I had a warranty service on my home and appliances. My stove started having problems so I called it in and paid $135 for services to be performed on my stove on August 28, 2022. They gave me Service Job # SCCQ830A4C1C-1. They contacted a company locally to come out and fix the stove. Sears Home Services came on August 31, 2022. The service man said he had to order several parts and when they came he would be back to install. September came and never heard anything. Each time I contacted the company they said we can not find anything that was done on your range or stove this year. I gave them the service job # and told them the story. Do to no response and unwillingness to work with me after multiple calls I CANCELLED this service on September 26, 2022. Then they said I owed $91.00 but my mortgage company FREEDOM Mortgage said that the monthly payment of $58.00 was made so should not owe anything.

Long story short I ended up buying a new stove because my stove was not reliable. They other stove had parts waiting to be installed and the company would not take any action to fix the stove that I paid $135 for them to repair it.

Desired outcome: I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY because they did not live up to there agreement.
