Home Warranty Company review: I think they should replace the unit.

First American Home Warranty promised to fix our dish washer as per contract. So far, I have had 4 service calls and each time they say they need to order parts or they ordered wrong parts.

This problem started back in Jan. They are now telling me it will be until some time in April before the parts are available. More than 3 months.

I have lost almost a day and a half from work to meet them the four time.
