Home Repair Services review: I would prefer a refund

On 07/2020 I was given a proposal to repair roofing and siding damage caused by a fire to the rear of my home. Business started right away after first payment; work was supposed to be completed in about six to seven months including some drywall to the inside walls that was damaged. So far, all that's been done is a lot of damage with rainwater coming from roof and siding falling off. Gutters were not installed correctly. I have asked/ demanded a written revised contract: even asked that it be e-mailed to me, nothing! I have paid total cost requested. I have been in contact with so called company to make corrections with repairs or return monies back so I could have someone else complete/correct repairs the rain has caused more damage. What can be done?
