Home 7 Bed and Breakfast review: Hotel room

We were giving a room at the last minute, the man never told us about anything about the electricity. He just left.

When we got into the room there was no electricity. This meant we couldnt charge phones, could run the AC and had no lights or were able to watch TV, we were in the dark for over 6 hours. I was with my teenager daughter who was very scared. I had a business meeting at 10pm that I could not make because I did not want to leave her alone in the dark with no access to electricity. I text them 4 times through what’s app and sent numerous email, final I get a text at 12:30 saying they are sorry they didn’t tell me how the electricity works. This was very late and unprofessional.

In the morning they said a man would one there at 8am no one showed.

I would like to make a full refund from this stay.

I have both pictures, and text messages showing my claim.

If this is not handled I will take it to the next level.

My wife and I have used bookings.com in the USA many occasions and never had this problem. If this is not resolved I will never use this booking company again.

The room again had no electricity all night. My 17 year old daughter was in tears. The bath room was pitch black. I had to charge our phones in the hall way and stay there waiting for them.

Please respond to this request what every documentation you need.
