Company Holland-at-Home.nl is a fraud! They cheated us and never shipped goods we ordred! Not responsed to our calls and emails. Scam!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had the same I placed an order late November as a Christmas present for the kids, nearly 2 months later and we haven’t received the goods nor our money back! They keep saying they need to track delivery and check what happened and I am just waiting! I don’t want these goods any more if they find it after 1 months as it’s food, I just want my money back but they don’t seem to want to do this! Can anyone suggest how I can take this further as I feel I’ve this is daylight robbery!
I placed quite a large order over a month ago to receive it in time for Christmas but also my order seems to be ‘lost in the post.’
I think this company is a scam as I haven’t heard from them after a few emails where they seemed concerned.
In Will keep trying until I receive my money back as this is clearly daylight robbery!

The website looks very professional but the products they carry are subpar. I ordered something supposedly being made in the Netherlands but instead made in Belgium after receiving the order. The product tastes way off and there is no way to get a refund because of the hefty shipping costs. It looks like they don't have a refund policy anyways. The customer service reps never responded my email. Asked friends in the Netherlands and nobody has heard of this website. Wonder if they get away by selling products like this since many of their customers are overseas. What a shame and I won't ever order from them again! Wanted to contact the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam but not sure if they will just defend them...
We received the products on time but the infant formula tastes rancid. Contacted them but never got a response. I would not give anything like this to my baby and will never order anything from them again. Should have ordered one or two instead of five cans - what a waste of $170 and can't even find a place to get a refund! I won't trust anything sold by them again.

I have to agree with poster. Had to wait ages and ages for my order. Never received it either..
