If you google the name Joseph Timpone or go to Orange County Clerk of Courts search, Joe 'Tampon' Timpone was arrested for Felony Molestation of a Minor. This ### sociopath is awaiting trial for molesting a 12 year old male youth hockey player on his team here in Florida. He was also suspected of molesting kids at The Red Rink Armory in New Jersey over 12 years ago and told them when he left without prosecution that I will sue you for Libel and Slander if you talk about this. He then went to Colorado Springs and did the samething over 7 years ago before he left there and came to the Kendall Ice Arena in Miami. His latest victim was molested in Sept 2011 and he has constantly delayed the trial and told people the charges were dropped. There are other suspected victims but they are too scared and affected to testify. The victim in this case had his arm broken in a game agaist a team that Tampon is connected to. The Kendall Ice Arena supported this ### because as they said if you can find someone who would work as cheap as he does, they would hire them. There are other victims out there and hopefully the parents will make them testify.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Is there any way to get information on what the "resolution" was here? I have personal reasons to understand this a bit more and would really appreciate the info.
Orange County Clerk of Courts has some limited data online and I am not sure if hard copies could be requested since so many years passed by.
Looks like there were two cases and these ended up with 3/14/2013 1 - Adjudication Withheld and 3/14/2013 Nolle Prosequi (NC)
The defendant was sentence to four (4) year term of probation, with the following special
conditions – 100 CSH and an evaluation with any treatment as necessary. Early termination
was contemplated at the time of the plea.
In 2015, The Defendant was requesting that he be early terminated from probation. His request was granted (so he basically served 2 years instead of 4)

His LinkedIn account states - Passionate about those wrongly accused of crimes. He still attempts to clear his name.
To me it's a perfect example of someone getting away with "murder" and that someone has money!
