Where do I start, we’ll I moved in Bellau Landing November 2021, beautiful neighborhood. I have grandkids, a younger one that loves running all over lol. So I looked around my neighborhood at the different fence that were up. I put in my HOA request for approval for my fence. I saw a few white but more tan/beige/ cream vinyl fence. I was given the price for both so I decided to go with the white. Well I went ahead and put the white vinyl fence up seeing that there were a few in the neighborhood. Well when I got my answer back from the HOA, it was a denial. I submitted an appeal and that was also denied. They HOA stated white vinyl fence are not authorized. So I sent several emails asking why wasn’t the white vinyl fence authorized it match my home garage door and the white poles. Anyway I called the company that put my fence up to see if they would work with me in changing out the color. They gave me an outrageous price more than what I initially paid. I know my fault first was I should have waited to get my answer back from the HOA, yes that was a fault of mine. But I just can’t understand why this HOA has a non written policy of the white vinyl fence not authorized. I asked where is this in writing, I was told “HOA has the authority to decide the color of the fence and white isn’t one”.

So I’m looking for an attorney to try to fight this. I will go again not going to mess with my neighbors but I’m going to count the homes that has white vinyl pvc fences. Yes the beige/crème/tan does look better but this vinyl is expensive and really if I paint it whos to say it will last. I don’t care that it would void my warranty. I just really want to leave it as is. This is really sad. I took a picture of what is authorized in the last picture posted. I have been approved to paint my fence but this I really want to avoid. Just had to post this. I bought th second to the last home built, only one left besides the home that have been placed for sale is the model home. I am not the only one with this white vinyl fence. But I can’t compare my story to no one else’s.

Desired outcome: I was disapproved for my white vinyl pvc fence

What form do I need to complete to put an outside storage unit in my backyard? What are the size qualifications?
