HOA review: Artemis Lifestyles, 1631 E. Vine Street, Kissimmee, Florida 34744

We completed and submitted an Architectural Review Application requesting to paint our home with attached color palate samples on Jan 27, 2022. This is the protocol for the subdivision Falcon Trace in Orlando. It was handed to the front desk clerk, who looked over the application and indicated it was good. She took copies and informed us she would send to the Review Board for their approval. After 3 weeks, we visited the offices once again since no one had responded. We spoke to Zach Braswell on that occasion. He said the application was missing information. We questioned why no one had told us about that. He apologized and instructed us to indicate in the back of the color samples what they would be for. He took the application and said he would submit to the committee and told us it should not take too much longer since the committee already knew the case. After a week, we called Zach to obtain a status on this application. He said no update had been made on his computer and he would need to call, then would contact me with the update. Several days later, I contacted the HOA Manager, Ms. Linda Johnson. She knew the case and informed me the application had been denied and I should have received a letter to that effect. She said she would look into that and get back with us. She also said the next board meeting wasn't until March 23rd. I responded that this was not acceptable and requested she please intercede on our behalf to see if a quicker response time would be feasible. We just need the house painted. No structural changes. Fail to comprehend why this has taken such a long time. This conversation took place on March 2nd, 2022. On March 9th, 2022, I wrote her an email as a follow up. No response to this date. Hope you can assist with getting this resolved.
