HMH Hair Products review: Zero customer service at hmh hair products!

I have been purchasing the exact same doggie shampoo from HMH hair products since 2021. Originally, I was dealing with their rep (Youlandi) who has since left the company and who was replaced with a "person" by the name of Letisha. Once again, I want to emphasise that I have only bought the exact same doggie shampoo from them since 2021, which is a 5 litre concentrate called Happy Dog Shampoo. When the new rep started, I made it very clear to her (both verbally and in writing) that I only use that specific product. Therefore, when I ordered a 5 litre Happy Dog Shampoo via a Whatsapp message recently, I expected to receive my usual product. However, they delivered the incorrect product to me. The bottle was in a packet and looked correct, so as I was very busy when the delivery arrived I did not remove the bottle from the packet to check it. A few days later when we needed to mix the shampoo I realised that HMH had delivered the incorrect product to me. I immediately called their office and also sent a Whatsapp message to their rep advising them of their error and requested that they please exchange it. All I received was a call from their rep who rudely shouted at me that the fault was mine and that she was not going to exchange it. I received no communication from the lady (Youlandi) at their head office. Today, I called HMH head office once again to ask for the business owner's email address, so that I could write and explain this error to her. In my book it is an error that with some customer service on their part could very easily be resolved. However, to my amazement, the owner - Lin Hodnett - immediately wrote me an email telling me that the error was mine and that they would not exchange the product. She further stated in her email that she was willing to loose my business. Wow! Wow! Wow! is this what customer service has come down to? What has happened to the belief that the customer is king and always right? All I can say is that HMH hair products have no customer service within their company at all and I would not recommend them to anyone and neither would I make use of their products again! Totally pathetic service!
