Hivebabe review: Formal dress

I ordered a formal dress for an event from this company. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The dress arrived a week and a half AFTER my event. I tried the dress on, thinking maybe if it fit I would keep it. The dress was advertised as having NO buttons or zippers, just a pull on dress. The dress that was shipped to me had a zipper, the material was extremely thin, and the seams did not match up, so it did not sit on the body very straight. I contacted the company via email for a full refund. The first email I received said that it would cost too much to ship back and that they would give me a 15% refund, which amounted to $6.09, that was not worth it to me, so I insisted that they just give me the address, so they came back with a refund of 25% and that still wasn't even half of what i paid for it. Again i requested the address...they did not respond to me for almost two weeks. i had to write yet another email asking for the address, this is the email that i received:

This email is the same that others have gotten for different companies. I tried to create a label via UPS to get the process started, but this address will not come up. I even searched google maps and i can't find this address anywhere. This company is a total scam and need to be shut down!
