Do not ever use these company. I processed and filled orders for over $2000.00. After trying to withdraw to my checking account, the next day, my account was blocked. I was told the funds would be held for over 6 months. The reason: this company said I used my customers Credit Card numbers to pay Hipay. This is impossible. I do not even collect Credit Card numbers. This is impossible, because Hipay's system has 3DS, which requires the customer's password and my IP Adress would be blocked. I asked Hipay many times for the IP Address Log and they will not give any proof. They are simply thieves. Be careful of Allopass as well. That is some type of front for Hipay to do the processing.

My sole experience with HiPay Wallet was not a satisfactory one and I have come away with the conviction that HiPay Wallet has no regard for customer service, nor interest in furnishing it. I shall never make another online purchase through any vendor whose transactions are completed through HiPay Wallet.

The item that I ordered online and paid for through HiPay Wallet did not arrive in good working order. My attempts to have the defective product replaced by contacting the vendor company through its Web portal failed. The "support" failed to provide any link or interactive support form to contact the vendor directly. Subsequently I sent an email to the customer support page for the vendor, that was incliuded in the email from HiPay Wallet confirming my payment. My email to that address, that is, to the vendor, was returned -the "Mailer Daemon" stating that there was no such address.

I then complained directly to HiPay Wallet stating that the vendor appeared to be in bad faith, and failing any effort whatsoever by the vendor, I asked that the charge against my Visa account be cancelled. HiPay wallet sent a limp email to "Team" at the vendor's email address with a CC to me, stating a there had been a customer complaint concerning my purchase, asking if anyone was willing to help.

After several days and no response, I sent a "reply to all." The copy sent to the vendor was returned with the same Mailer Daemon notification that the (vendor's) address did not exist. Thus, Hi Pay Wallet was fully apprised of the bad faith shown by the vendor, HiPay must have received the same failure notification to its original email. Nevertheless my further request that the charge be rescinded was ignored.

While a single incident such as this may ultimately be traced to a lazy or incompetent staff member - nothing in my experience offers any encouragement that HiPay Wallet is anything other than a cheap portal for the proprietors to collect money, while appearing to provide customer service but providing none. It may be inferred that the corporate culture there is either too lazy or too greedy to be bothered to assist consumers with issues concerning on line purchases.

In the absence of any but the most scanty evidence of good faith, I recommend that anyone, to be on the safe side, avoid dealing with HiPay Wallet.

yes it's possible to open an account if you are not an official company
hipay is a good e-wallet, I did not have any issues with it especially with fraud. paypal is a way more risky when my customers ask to be refunded.

men, if you have risky business, do not be surprised to be banned.

Hello,

Nobody likes HiPay ?

Is it possible to open a merchant account without having an official registered company just as with Paypal ?

Thank you.

Hello

My account have been blocked today at hi-pay. I called them and they said it was several attempts to log in my account that made hi-pay block the account temporarily. I hope it is true because I have money in my account. Also I asked for a withdraw last Thursday and until today nothing.

I will wait for a reply from them and I will post here the decision.

It was also said to me that Hi-pay is gonna put online a new website so that´s why they are slow :S

Me again have to deal with the same problem. I withrawed 12 days ago, the money did not come to bank. The bank said there was no transfer from Hipay. And neither snown on Hipay account. Hipay just does nor respond inquiries. Perhaps I will need to find some European organisation to file the online reclamation against Hipay.

I had a very bad experience with Hipay. I read here about other people having problems with them and did not beleive until it touched me. I installed their payment module in my web-shop and began receiving payments for orders in the shop. Everything was fine at first. But then I discovered that they address to customers' banks too late, sometimes one month after the payment was made and customers already received their goods from me and forgot about who they paid and then reject payments. Hipay sends the money back without a word, without asking me about orders and shipment confirmation. After several rejections they've blocked my account with money in it and just don't answer my e-mails hiding their head like ostrich in the sand.
Besides, I remember when I waited for the withdrawal for 1 week and it did not came. I wrote them and they said that there was incoincidence between account number and SWIFT code, showed the money back on the Hipay account but charged 36 euros for that so to speak "incoincidence", but the acc number and SWIFT were OK, I sent them the proof - no reaction from them.
I will surely post this in another places to make the merchants know more about them.

I have used Hipay but did not had any problems with them. But then I did not asked for refunds . Also I had a friend who processes with Hipay and he also did not had any problems with them regarding withdrawals from the Hipay Account. The Gentleman with the first must have did something wrong in order to get banned for 6 months. The are very strict with merchant accounts so it would be better not to lie about the things you are going to sell via Hipay.

They are big scammers. I was Refunded by a seller using Hipay and after numerous attempts to get my money back by sending documents of proof I'm the actually person they finally decided to refund. But wait! That's not what made me upset, what me upset was initially I had USD164.00 but they charged me USD10.00 for refund processing and another USD14.00 withdrawal fee. I was left with USD140.00 transfer to my New Zealand account. But that didn't stop there. After a week long wait I got a received the fund from of NZD136.00 which was equivalent to only USD109.00!. I sent them an email asking where the rest of the money went and they reply me to ask my credit card issuer/bank which I did and they said they'll never charge USD31.00 for a USD140.00 conversion. Im not here advertise Paypal but at least they refund me in full without additional fees. So if any sellers who are using Hipay, I'll say no thank you. HIPAY- SCAMMER ALERT.

I subscribed to www.media-members.com and after trying for NUMEROUS times to download movies I eventually ended up asking for a refund because NOTHING I tried to download ever downloaded properly or at all or if it EVENTUALLY did download the files was "unreadable". Then eventually the refunded me - via www.Hipay.com. Now after NUMEROUS attempts and requests to have my money paid back into my bank account the ever so "politely" replied with -

Needless to say I replied with: "So in other words I cannot get my money back is that what you're telling me?!"

And today I received this reply:

Hello,

Sorry but if you want your money back, you have to have a bank account in one of the countries listed in the "withdrawal request" menu.

Best regards

Needless to say I am beyond upset!
