Hinshaw Culbertson LLP review: Unethical behavior

My husband and I are in an appeals process of a lawsuit against a loan company. This law firm, in particular David Mullen, has acted unethically and unprofessional during this process. We have made at least 20 phone calls to this attorney to try and settle the case and have been met with negativity. David Mullen has refused to communicate on the behalf of his client and is not acting in the best interest of his client. All parties involved are obligated to follow the law but so far have not. In my opinion, this law firm should be shut down permanently in Ohio. Unless David Mullen or someone at this firm contact Mr. and Mrs. Grace, we will have no choice but to file another ethics complaint. No attorney should be able to ignore a active case as though it doesn't exist.
