Hide.Shop Cosmetics review: I want a refund or the product I paid for. Just make this right.

I ordered a concealer/foundation duo from Hide cosmetics. I chose my two different shades and paid for the duo promotion. I received an email saying I should also order the foundation. I replied with my screenshot of order for BOTH. I’ve emailed over and over-sending all correspondence-I get an automated response every time! I’ve messaged and commented on their posts and they just delete them and block messages. I want my foundation or a refund. They also created an email that I DID NOT SEND. I have pictures of that also!
