Seen the cream advertised as a trial sample so thought that I would try it but didn't realize that I was committing to receive it monthly. There was no price of the product anywhere on the ad. When my bank statement came in and the 30ml sample arrived I quickly realized that I couldn't afford this so I quickly cancelled. The cream was £89.95. I rang the company and cancelled with them and was informed that I was entitled to a refund. Next month another sample was sent. Same call, same promise. I told them that I could return the two tubs of cream but was told that it didn't matter. So two months refund was now promised but it had to go through various departments before it could be returned to me. I did contact my bank and cancel it there. After 3 months and three calls, I am no further on. Can you help?

I have been taken to the cleaners by this company! Only with me they took 2 x £89.95 every 2 weeks. The bank helped a bit but I still ende up loosing some £700! These people are disgraceful! I have only had 2 lots of product and it is rubbish! They use the name AGEAVATE AVATE, HYDROPLENNAGE and now this name! They piggybacked onto Amazon but I notified them of both names and they have blocked them! I am a pensioner and can ill afford to loose this money. I wish there was some way to stop them! Any ideas?

Nearly the exact same thing happend to me except they took £809.55p out of my bank account I went to my bank who refunded the money only for VISA to take it back by saying that I had agreed to buy this facial cream at £89.95p per month which I had not yes I agreed to pay the postage of £3.95 for a trial pack but not the full £89.95 and on nowhere was this shown on there advertisement and now because I went to my bank to complain they refuse to speak to me so I have decided enough is enough and I am taking them to court I will let you know the outcome as soon as I do.
