I order derma-e age defying eye cream on January 30,2022. they said it would arrive on the 3rd of February. when it didn't come I went back onto the myworldhut site. It said the product was shipped on the 4th of Febraury. It is coming by USPS service. I contacted them and they said that the tracking # was invalid. Ihave tried getting in touch with myworldhut and their number is disconnected. Then I found the herbalhut telephone # and no one ever answers that number, you just need to leave a mssage. Well I have left quite a few messages with them and haven't recieved a response yet. If you are not able to send me the product I ordered please refund my money. If not I will find a way to either get the product or recieve my money back. I have found the address of this company, and it seems to be a residential house & one man running the show. What is up? I placed TWO orders with herbalhut.com. I receive one order. The products were so small that I had to return the items. They never shipped my second order. I had to file a claim to receive a refund. When I call the company which is not a company it is a man with a cell phone. You can only leave a message. I researched the address for the company 410 Washington St in Salisbury MD and it is a residence a house in a neighborhood of houses. This complaint is to warn people. Just because a website looks professional does not mean they are. Herbalhut.com is just a man respresenting himself as something he is not. He is a person who lives in a house in a residential area who doesn't mail order or provide customer service. ALWAYS get a phone number before you buy.

I placed an order with Herbal Hut on 26APR2011 and never received confirmation for payment received/shipping date although Pay Pal confirms payment. I phoned on 28APR2011 and left a message but received no call back. I phoned on 29APR2011 and left a message and, again, no call back. I phoned 3MAY2011 and received a pre-recorded message of "We are unable to take your call...". If necessary I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Pay Pal to resolved this matter.

Herbalhut.com is a lousy company to do business with. I ordered something from them which they never told me they didn't have in stock until a week later when I asked for the status of my order. They tried to talk me into another item which I didn't want. I cancelled the order but they never refunded my money back to paypal. I had to file a formal claim directly with paypal to get my money back. Rather than being honest with customers by saying up front they don't have the merchandise they'd rather drag the order out and try to sell you something else.
