I ordered two (2) HP 61 Black Ink Cartridges on September 28, 2021. The payment of $25.18 was debited from my account immediately. After a few days I called the 1-800 number and to my chagrin I received a cryptic voice message related to another company with another name.
I called the 559 number that had the typical message from a cell phone that annouces its number then instructs the caller to leave a message. I have left two Voicemails on the 559 number and no one from the company has returned my calls. I have sent one email seven (7) days after the order to the email address listed on the website and no reply. I can now go the website and it still list my order # as processing.
