HeatTransferStore is a company located in Hialeah, Florida per their website. I place an order on 6/11/22 for products that have not been received. There is no telephone number provided to contact someone live. You will be prompted to a live chat with no response. I have sent e-mails, still no response. My concern would be if the company exist or the steps necessary for a refund.

I have the same problem. Never received my order and it says it's fulfilled. No response to chat or email. My email when I try is now coming back unable to deliver.
And I have the same problem. I placed an order on Aug. 24 and still haven't received anything. I've chatted, emailed, sent messages through Facebook, and posted publicly on Facebook. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Took almost a month to receive my mystery box. Their site says "CELEBRATING HALLOWEEN EACH MYSTERY BOX WILL COME WITH A HALLOWEEN THEMED SHEET OF HTV" and also that the value of the vinyl would be $15 or more. I received 8 sheets of plain colored HTV. NO halloween themed sheets, no specialty sheets, and I can definitely get more sheets for the money i spent elsewhere. What a rip off!
I received only part of my order several weeks after placing my order. After several unanswered emails, chats, and phone calls I opened a dispute with my credit card. Heat Transfer Store responded to the dispute with falsified documentation that showed a message supposedly from me that I never sent saying, "Hello. I received my product , thank you so much , I love it and will leave a review". I would never say "product" and I would never have spaces before a comma. It has been over 2 months and I still haven't received most of the order.
I ordered in May 2022, my order is still waiting fulfilment. Cost me $28 bucks. What a rotten thing to do.
I placed an order for 3 mystery boxes on 11/25. I immediately received an email that my order was received and they would once again email me when my order shipped. It’s now 12/14, and after no further emails and no responses to my 5 inquiries, I’m not sure what to do. I had planned on using whatever I got for Christmas gifts but now I’m running out of time and no one responds to my emails (reply from my order received notification, my chat inquiries; and the customersupport@heattransferstore.com in an “undeliverable” destination
I feel like an important person (integral to business function) must be missing
I contacted the BBB in that area, and they never got a response either.
I have not received my order from November 2022. I have emailed several times no response. Tried to live chat but never got a person. Now my emails come back as undelivere
I have the same problem. Placed an order for 2 mystery boxes. Received an emailed order confirmed on 2/11/23. No order shipped. They took my money. How can these rotton people do this. Won’t answer emails no phone to get ahold of them. Karma a [censored]!
Same thing happened to me.. e-mail after email and no reply. Ordered 2 mystery boxes and took my money but not shipped haven’t received an email back nothing very disappointing… hope they get in trouble for stealing peoples money! I will not be ordering through them ever again and I have plenty of people who like to craft with this material and I will spread the word around!
I'm so sorry I didn't read everyone's comments before I placed my order. I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Placed order on 3/6 and have not received anything. No response to emails or from the chat box. Will file with AG office in the state they claim to be housed in. Also with my bank.
