Spare yourself a lot of aggravation and do NOT work for Heartshare Human Services. This is an organization that needs to be restructured from the top on down. If you work there you will be dealing with sick, paranoid, biased people. If you're not a member of their little tribe you will find yourself to be set up with their nasty little lies. These people may be adults but they're on the level of toddlers - and they're supposed to be helping foster kids when they're like brats themselves! It was like working with someone as bad as Jussie Smollett. I would not wish this sick company on my worst enemy and caution everyone to stay away, stay away!
Desired outcome: All I can say since you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear is just don't work here.
There were unprofessional idiots there who were trying to set me up as some kind of a "bigot" for NO other reason than that I come from a European background! One of my co-workers there started using my race to insult me as she walked in the door one day, before the nasty thing even got her coat off. And this was on the executive floor of 66 Boerum Place, yet. This is how their EXECUTIVES think it's "okay" to behave towards other employees. For all their talk of "diversity" and "inclusion," ha! They do not abide by it. There's not an ounce of professionalism in this ludicrous organization, no, this is a DISGUSTING place to work run by RIDICULOUS, biased, very, very SICK people.
It was a TERRIBLE place to work, and whoever said it was a "woke cult" was 100% right on target! What a lousy experience! Someone falsely reported me to my supervisor and said I made remarks I HAD NEVER MADE, and the supervisor, Little Miss Woke, automatically believed it just because I'm white and straight. I have NEVER worked in a more emotionally destructive place. Those in charge are ridiculous, unprofessional, and ultimately very stupid people.
