In June I ordered hearing aid paid 48.50 got tracking number. They hear clear state aid was delivered but not, on webb chat I requested 4 times, proof delivered requested proof delivery or proof ie picture. signature not have not delivered. Every webb chat adviser cuts me off will not pass through complaint sent in already. Ignored me 4 times, got one :Do not reply from depot:, looking for it. still July 13th had money 6 weeks not got aid. not got proof refusing refund. paid for what. Your my last try lot money their procedures against sale of goods act. Not proved delivery.

I got the hearin' aids on November 25. I've been back there 4 or more times 'cause I can't hear out of them. They keep tellin' me it's my fault and I gotta get used to them. But how can I understand when I can't hear? I seen 4 different guys and they can never satisfy my complaint. I also found out they were used hearing aids when I finally got the purchase agreement. I paid 3709.95 for them and I didn't want used ones, but they didn't tell me it was an option. They just don't seem to care about my complaint. I got another appointment with them in August, but I don't know why they don't do nothin' for me. I went back to my hearin' doctor at *** and he said I may never be able to hear with them and the company is just in it for the money. Thanks, ***.

I got my hearing aids cleaned at Hear Clear on October 4th and November 8th. I complained that they weren't working properly and they cleaned them again, but they only worked temporarily. While on vacation on November 24th, they stopped working completely. I took them to a local Miracle Ear in another state and they showed me that the inside back was full of dirt and debris, which was probably the reason for them not working. After vacation, I took them back to my Hometown store and they said they don't take the backs off to clean them. They told me it would cost $700 to have them sent in and repaired, but my 3 year warranty was over by 30 days so they wouldn't cover the repairs. I originally paid $6000 for these hearing aids instead of $800 at the local pharmacy. Miracle Ear claimed they would take care of me for life after the 3 year warranty and would work with me on any repairs. The $700 was just for repairing one hearing aid, but I can get a whole set for $800 at the local pharmacy with a 2 year warranty. The store I bought these from is in *** but the main office is in ***. The regional supervisor called me mid December saying he would look into it and call me back, but he hasn't called me back yet. I've left messages but he still hasn't called me back. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
