Healthcare Innovations review: Ambulance

On December 13, 2021, Healthcare Innovations ambulance transported me on a broken gurney and damaged my tailbone. The EMT kept falling asleep. When I arrived at Mayo hospital, the broken gurney did not work. I had to crawl out of it to get to the other hospital bed. The admitting doctor and nurse noticed the bruising to my tailbone area. My tailbone still hurts. I want a reduction to my bill. When I asked Healthcare Innovations for a reduction of the rate, I was told the dept of health services tells the ambulance company what rate "shall be charged". Is this true? The bill is for about $2,000 per hour. This is ridiculous. Healthcare Innovations needs to replace the busted gurney.
