I purchased some items from healthandmed.com website. Parcel came at time but the products are damaged and don’t work properly. I tried to contact the seller, but phone number doesn’t exist anymore. No one answers to my emails either. I hope I can return money with PayPal help.
am deleting these complaints with request to delete and remove profile
someone else can blow the whistle
i want nothing to do with online purchasing anymore
vendor finally came clean and delivered what was purchased... 6-7 weeks from date of purchase
consumer had to resort to complaint boards to get response
their youtube channel is questionable and the kind of videos being posted
i eliminated commentary on amazon and unable to delete this commentary but it reflects my experience and as stated no one should be put thru this after they place their trust in a business that is dealing with peoples health and med

CORRECTION... HealthAndMed is at it again... they called me personally CYNTHIA KILGORE in a quiet stable voice saying I would receive my item overnight saturday. Its now wednesday. All I received was an email notification that LOOKS LIKE UPS coming from tracking@shippingstation.com (an email address that doesnt even exist) Michael Carmody has since switched his contact information removing his ALIAS michelle and is not operating a yahoo email address for company contact information.
I REGARD THE CALL FROM CYNTHIA as criminally threatening at this point.
I REGARD THE BEHAVIOR of these sellers engaging the public consumers disturbing at a minimum
I REGARD THE PRODUCT (or anything this business is attempting to sell) A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC
Their staff is evasive, concealing, corrupt and fraudulent
I called UPS and they have no record of any package in their system.
HEALTH AND MED is operating UPS in a fraudulent deceptive manner
They are stealing from the public and shipping nothing.
And the equipment they are shipping raises another BIG QUESTION... IS IT SAFE
Why are these individuals continuing to change their contact information overnight. WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO EVADE ?
Has anyone been harmed or hurt from these products coming from HEALTH AND MED ?
I finally got a call from the company and they are overnight shipping me the proper equipment to operate the unit.
I encouraged them to review who is packaging and shipping their product.
I believe in the technology.
This purchase was delayed and exacerbated our experience. I wanted to delete this complaint and this site has no option to do that.
So I close as follows... HealthAndMed has real technology of interest and they just need to become more intimate with their customer base.
And I am discouraged this had to go to this extent to get their prompt diligent attention.
If the company is that busy thats a good thing. And I am encouraged with their prompt response future customers will be handled better.
Matter is resolved. Please disregard the complaint.

HealthANDMed order M-100231 IonizeME ELITE PRO
I cant use it. They refuse to honor the order and ship me a fir belt that they intentionally omitted from the original order. PREJUDICE?. They wont answer phones. Its been almost 2 months and the unit they sold me is collecting dust unusable. I asked for overnight shipping for the fir belt and they skimped and cheaped out with USPS. Fir belt arrives and the JACK IS INCOMPATIBLE with the unit and wont even plug in. PRANK? They threw 4 rolls of plastic bags in the original order to see if that would make the buyer happy... FOR WHAT ?. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT BUYERS THEY LIE AND STOLEN. I dont know what I have to do to get them to honor the original order they got no interest in helping me or anyone I know thats is a buyer. So my footbath sits useless doing nothing. HEALTH AND MED HAS PROBLEMS STAY AWAY. $450 down the drain.
