Headspace review: Psychiatric counselling

I encouraged my son to seek counseling with a psychiatrist. Of the options offered by our insurance, he chose Headspace. They seemed competent and legitimate. However, Headspace provided virtually none of the counseling services that he requested, and the person assigned to him was not a psychiatrist and also not even able to offer any advice. He requested a refund. I requested a refund. Headspace eventually just said that they can't issue a refund because the provider needs to be paid. This is basically an admission that they did not provide the services requested, and they are just hiding behind a fake excuse. They are also very difficult to communicate with throughout this whole complaint/refund process. This service is a total scam.
