I am compelled to express my disappointment with the services provided by HBC LLC and its owner, Chris Gordon.
On January 29, 2026, I paid for a snow removal service that was not rendered. Following my request for a refund, I was subjected to threatening and evasive communication. Chris Gordon's comment on the payment, 'You shouldn't have sent me the money,' was unprofessional. I value integrity and honesty, and I hope others can learn from my experience with this company and individual.
